Announcing the 2022 Summer Fete Grand Raffle<\/strong>! We have received some very generous donations this year, and we have some fantastic prizes, including a main prize of \u00a3500 in cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

The draw will take place on <\/span>Saturday the 2<\/b>nd<\/b> of July at 3pm<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The format for this raffle will be different as in past Summer Fetes, as we will be <\/span>selling tickets in advance<\/b> instead of on the day, and raffle ticket holders do not need to be present at the raffle draw. We are therefore asking the SJOA community to help us maximise the raffle takings by selling tickets to friends and family, starting with the two booklets you have received.<\/span><\/p>\n

Soon your child will bring home two booklets with tickets and you can request more at the school office or from the PA.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions for selling the tickets:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The ticket price is <\/span>\u00a31 per ticket<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Fill in the <\/span>buyer\u2019s contact details<\/b> clearly on the stub on the left hand side.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Give the buyer the right-hand side of the ticket to keep as their proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. You can<\/span> pick up extra booklets<\/b> to sell\u00a0 from the school office or the PA table at drop off.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Return the filled-in ticket stubs, all money and any unsold tickets\/booklets in the envelope provided either to the school office or the PA representatives <\/span>by Friday July 1st<\/b>. (The PA will have a table at school at drop off on some days as we approach the Summer Fete, including on Friday the 24<\/span>th<\/span> of June and Friday the 1<\/span>st<\/span> of July).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
