Thank you so much to everyone who placed an order! We have received orders for a number of trees very close to but not quite high enough for the minimum order so we added a very limited number of extra trees. These few trees are available to purchase on a first come, first served basis so please contact us ASAP at sjoacommittee@gmail.com if you’d like to secure yours before they are all gone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Buy an SJA Xmas tree this year!<\/div>\n

We know that for many of our families it is a lovely tradition to go and buy a Christmas tree with their children in December, and this year it could be even more special!<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

You can now order a tree and pick it up from the school on the weekend, and at the same time help raise much needed funds for SJA.<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

We have partnered with Christmas Tree Express (christmastreeexpress.co.uk<\/a>), the company we successfully used last year, and they can\u00a0deliver all trees to the school in bulk, for parents to pick up with their children on the weekend of the 4th of December (times below) from the school parking lot.<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n

The trees are all premium Nordmann Fir, currently the most popular type of tree due to its soft, low-drop needles.<\/div>\n

  • 4 feet (125-150 cm) Nordmann Fir – \u00a345<\/li>\n
  • 5 feet (150-175 cm) Nordmann Fir – \u00a355<\/li>\n

  • 7 feet (200-240cm) Nordmann Fir – \u00a380<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We need to place a minimum order of \u00a31000 to receive money for the school, and the more we sell the more money the school gets,\u00a0so please tell your friends, families and neighbours in Highbury! \u00a0(but please remind them\u00a0everyone has to pick up their tree on Dec 4\/5 from the school grounds<\/b>\u00a0or else our kids will have no space to play the next week \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n

      The\u00a0deadline for orders is 11pm on Monday 22nd November<\/del><\/b> 3pm on Tuesday 23d November.<\/strong> No refunds after that date. Please be prepared to show the receipt (either printed or on the phone) when picking up your tree.<\/div>\n

      Sustainability information: Christmas Trees Express has confirmed that their trees this year come form farms in England and Scotland, and that they plant each year many more trees than they cut.<\/div>\n
