Year 6 House Handball Tournament

Report by sports captains, Aidan and Eloise.

This term we focused, in PE, on ‘Including Everyone’ through handball. We worked on basic drills and exercises building up to a celebration tournament which was extremely exciting and breath-taking. We started with group stages and ended in a final. It was a battle between Rouen and Domremy. Each team played brilliantly and the score ended up in a tight victory for Rouen. The final score was 3-2. Congratulations Rouen!!! Credit to the Sports Captains who managed their teams fantastically and organised this tournament which went down very well. and huge congratulations to the Rouen players: Captain Aidan, Ava, Azra, Rocco, Myles, Rufaro, Abigail and Nissi.

We are also excited to say that there will be an upcoming handball tournament for Year 5 next week.
