Gymnastics competition

Our year 5 and 6 gymnastics team competed in the Islington Champs at the Sobell centre this week. Florence, Eva, Nathaniel, Ava, Alice and Josephine performed in three disciplines: a body management routine showcasing their core strength, floor routine involving balances and tumbles and a vault showing their power in the air in front of the judges. They all received very respectable scores and did SJA proud. Eva was awarded a bronze medal in the girls individual competition and Nathaniel was awarded a gold medal in the boys individual competition. Congratulations team!
