Creating A Magic Booking Account
We use a system called magicbooking for parents to book and pay for Childcare, Afterschool clubs, School Trips etc.
If you are already a parent at this school and have used magicbooking before, please access your account as usual.
If you have not used magicbooking before please follow the instructions below to create an account.
INSTRUCTIONS –
- Enter your email address, using the Forgot your password link below
- You must use the main contact email that you have given to the school.
- You will then be emailed a link to enable you to set a password for your account.
Create an Account/Forgot your password link
- To access your account you will need to enter some basic details about your child before you can proceed with a booking.
At the top of the web page you will see a tab ‘Children’ click on this
and an ’Overview’ page will open
You will need to click into the ‘Contacts’ and ‘Consents’ tabs and ensure you complete these.
*IF YOU DO NOT FILL THESE IN COMPLETELY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED WITH ANY BOOKINGS FOR YOUR CHILD/REN.
You can then go back to the tabs at the top of the page and click into ‘Book Activity’ and you will see what options are available for you to book for this child.
*PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE ‘CONTACTS’ AND ‘CONSENTS’ FOR EACH CHILD
Booking Places Online
All bookings can be made when logged into your Magic Booking account. This can be accessed by following this link: https://stjoanofarc.magicbooking.co.uk/Identity/Account/Login
Any queries or concerns should be directed to the St Joan of Arc Extended Schools line (07949406543) or e-mail extendedday@st-joanofarc.islington.sch.uk. Please note that these methods of communication are part of the extended day service and therefore are in operation from 2.45pm-5:45pm.
